“I have been working with dogs for many years, 3 different daycares and now my second dog walking company! There have been MANY dogs in my life and I can honestly say I still love the dogs that have come and gone. It is so rewarding knowing that even taking them out for a walk or a potty break really makes an impact on their day in such a positive way! I love working for You Lucky Doggy, every dog has such a different personality from another! These dogs have already changed my life in such a positive way. They deserve nothing, but the best so I plan on doing everything I can to make sure they get just that! When coming into each client’s home, you can instantly feel the love between the dog and their family. It really makes the job so worth it. It’s such a pleasure working at YLD and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us!”

"I've always had dogs growing up.They've always had a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember. For the past 15 years I've devoted my time working with them. I've worked at a few different doggy daycares, boarding kennels and as a groomer. I'm a certified CGC evaluator and I'm animal CPR certified. For the past 3 years I've taught basic obedience training, reactive and nosework classes. I'm so excited to be a part of the You Lucky Doggy team!"

“For as long as I can remember I’ve always had a dog in my life! At a young age, I learned that they were much more than pets. Dogs are simply nothing less than family! I moved around a lot when I was young and for a young girl, my constant best friend were the dogs that came with me. When I’d go hiking, to the beach, skiing, etc… I’d always have my best friend with me! I know how much of an impact these dogs have in our lives. That’s why I promise to take care of your furry friend as if they are my own! I used to pet-sit for 5 years, but now I’ve had the pleasure of joining You Lucky Doggy! My experience so far at YLD has been better than I could’ve ever imagined. The bond and love between the dogs and I grow every day! Waking up and walking these sweet babies never fail to make my day. "Ever since I was a little girl, I've had an enormous passion for animals and the great outdoors! I'm a huge nature nerd, so I'm always looking out for different plants and critters on my walks and hikes. I've had dogs and cats (and fish) my entire life, and I seriously cannot imagine a life without them. My animals are always a top priority for me. A family is not complete without a furry friend! I strive to treat anyone's animal as if they were my own, because our furry friends well-being is the most important! I'm so happy to be a part of the You Lucky Doggy team!! Everyone here is super nice, and has such a respect and love for animals; I know the team wants nothing but the best for them! It never fails to brighten my day seeing all the happy dogs! I'm a big picture person, so taking their pictures is definitely one of my favorite parts of the job. I know how much it means to have good pictures of your furry friends! It's so nice to have quality time with the dogs, whether it is a walk through the neighborhood or yard playtime. Their enrichment is super important, so being a part of that feels amazing!"

"I have had dogs my whole life growing up and I love all animals! From cats and dogs to ferrets, chinchillas and snakes, animals have always been a big part of my life and are like family to me! I’ve been working with dogs professionally for four years now, two doggy daycares and now dog walking with You Lucky Doggy. I love being out in nature and have taken some herbalism classes so getting to work outdoors with pups all day is a dream come true! I’m so excited to be a part of YLD, we promise to treat your pup like one of our own!”

"I’m a mom of two girls – the one with paws is now 13 years young. Hiking and walking with our mutt for over a decade has been one of my greatest joys. I’ve had and loved dogs my whole life and after 20 years in the corporate marketing world, I’m now embarking on a new pet care path. Over the past year, I’ve worked at a local dog rescue – caring for all varieties of dogs several times per week – and I’m thrilled to continue this work with Sarah and the amazing YLD team. While I adore dogs, I love people too! I can’t wait to hang with your furry friends, to love them like my own, and maybe even get a chance to meet their hoomans someday too.”

"Dogs have been part of my family for 24 years. My pack includes my sweet 15 year old Beagle Kimber, my athletic 4 year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Sierra and my energetic 5 month old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Bryce. We enjoy being in nature, hiking, swimming and learning new things. I have participated in many dog activities including obedience, tracking, barn hunt, dock diving and agility. Dog agility is our passion! I love the training process; the eagerness and joy in their faces is infectious! Developing that bond with your dog is priceless. My social life is centered around dog sports and therefore I am familiar with many different breeds. I love and respect them all. Every dog has such a unique personality, and I can’t wait to meet and spend quality time with yours! I know we will brighten each other’s day!”

"I've been an avid animal lover for as long as I can remember. I have a 6 year old pitbull/pointer mix and a 1 year old white German shepherd. I'm an athlete myself so I make sure to bring my pups along to any game day events I can, I especially love Rugby! I love to be active and can't wait to spend quality time with all your animals. "Ever since I can remember, animals of all sorts have been a huge part of my life, especially dogs! Not only are they family, but they truly are a companion that looks up to you. I love getting to know each and every one of the pups' personalities around me! I've previously worked for a doggy daycare/trainer. When working there, I gained experience handling all sorts of dogs, including dog reactive, human reactive, resource guarding, basic obedience, and more. I'm currently enrolled in a dog training program and plan on becoming certified in the near future. I plan to focus on reactivity of all kinds basic obedience, resource guarding and maybe someday service animal training! I believe if your pets are happy and comfortable they are living life to the fullest, and so are you! I'm very excited to be apart of the YLD team and to meet all these beautiful pups!"

Every dog I come in contact with puts an instant smile on my face and truly makes my day.There’s nothing quite like the joy of watching them grow and thrive! Alongside my love for dogs, I also volunteer at a local cat shelter, where I enjoy caring for them and making sure they know I’m a safe space for them. I’m excited to bring my enthusiasm for animals to my new role and create wonderful memories with each dog I meet!
