Download Our App
After you chat with a YLD team member and schedule a meet & greet you will receive an email invitation to our app, it's called Time to Pet. From there you will complete the following...
1.) Create a username & password of your choice
2.) Download the Time to Pet app. It's available for both Apple & Android customers.
3.) Once you have downloaded the app sign in and fill out both CLIENT & PET sections.
A team member will go through the app in more detail during your meet and greet. Our clients love our app!
The Time to Pet app allows our clients to:
- Request services
- Receive after vist reports with pictures
- Pay invoices securely
- Message the YLD team directly
Meet With Us & Get Started!
The meet and greet is an important part of establishing a healthy relationship between (you) the pet owner, your pets and You Lucky Doggy. At this time we will go over your pet's daily routine and design a customized plan that'll fit your pet's needs. We are pleased to offer a complimentary meet and greet of up to 30 mins for all new clients. For any additional time beyond the initial 30 mins, there will be a charge as we need to compensate our staff for their time. Thank you for understanding.
We highly recommend our clients use either a door/ garage code or lock box to gain access to your home. Juggling keys is tricky and we want ensure the continued safety of your home and be able to provide you service on short notice or in case of emergency. Please check out the lock box below that we recommend.
