After you schedule a meet & greet with a You Lucky Doggy team member, you’ll receive an email invitation to our client app, Time to Pet.
Next steps:
- Create your username and password
- Download the Time to Pet app (Apple & Android)
- Log in and complete your CLIENT & PET profiles
Through the app, you can:
- Request services
- Receive after vist reports with photos
- Pay invoices securely
- Message the You Lucky Doggy team directly
Meet With Us & Get Started!
The meet & greet helps us get to know you, your pet, and your routine so we can create a customized care plan that meet your needs.
We offer a complimentary 25-minute meet & greet for new clients. If additional time is needed, there may be a small additional charge.
For safety and convenience, we recommend a door code, garage code, or lock box. If needed, we can securely store a copy of your key in our client key vault, labeled only with your pet’s name.
